Doors Doors Doors

Enrique Garcia, Nora Normile, Matt Sepielli

January 10, 2026

This exhibition traces a cycle of disintegration and re-formation.

The artworks map, in one direction, the process of material/space/time breaking down, fragmenting, incrementing. Material moves from real (earth, solid, time) to synthetic (constructed, architectural, symbolic). When material is broken apart, new networks synthesize, solidify, and mechanize. MS ---> NN --->EG

She received a BFA in Studio Art from NYU in 2015 and a MFA from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in 2023. She currently teaches sculpture at Rutgers and has had two solo exhibitions with Entrance gallery (New York, NY).

Matthew Sepielli (b. Born 1981, Lives and works in Pennsylvania) is a painter whose works oppose singular artistic style and explore a wide range of traditional and non-traditional materials. His paintings are concerned with the way painting itself, not style or image, is a unique carrier of meaning. Matthew is preoccupied with what occurs when one encounters a painting in life and understands it to have meaning and importance to them. How does this occur, and why? Matthew has had solo exhibitions in Chicago, New York and Philadelphia and has shown his work in group exhibitions nationally and internationally.  Between 2009–2012 he was the director of Tiger Strikes Asteroid, an artist run gallery, founded in Philadelphia, which now has locations across the United States.  Matthew Sepielli is an Associate Professor at a small community college and lives and works in Southeastern Pennsylvania. He has a BFA in Painting and Drawing from Tyler School of Art and an MFA in Painting from Bard College.
